01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are between you ("Player" or "User") and ong24 ("Platform", "We" or "ong24"), governing the use of the website, mobile application and all services provided by ong24.

By accessing or using the ong24 platform in any way — whether via web browser, Android app, iOS app, or any other device — you expressly or implicitly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ong24.

Ong24 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be displayed on the homepage or sent via email to the registered address. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Account Eligibility

To register and use the ong24 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the date of registration;
• An individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not a resident or citizen of any country that prohibits or restricts online gambling activities;
• Has never had an account terminated by ong24 previously due to fraud or breach of terms;
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.

Ong24 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Should you be found not to meet any of the above requirements, ong24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately.

03 Account Registration & KYC Verification

The ong24 registration process is designed to be simple and fast, yet we still carry out strict verification procedures to protect all players. Here is what you need to know:

• One account only — each individual is only permitted to register one account. A second, third or additional account will be terminated along with all balances held within it;
• Accurate information — all information provided during registration must be complete, accurate and up to date. False information may result in account termination;
• Password security — you are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ong24 will not be liable for any losses resulting from a shared or stolen password;
• KYC Verification — before your first withdrawal is processed, you are required to submit a valid copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and proof of current address;
• Bank account verification — the registered withdrawal method must be in the same name as your ong24 account.

The KYC process is typically completed within 24 business hours. Documents that are unclear, damaged, or do not match the account information will be rejected and you will need to resubmit clearer documents.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

Ong24 supports a variety of deposit methods popular among Malaysian players. All transactions are processed through fully encrypted channels to ensure the security of your funds.

• Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, FPX, TNG eWallet, Boost, ShopeePay, and internet bank transfer;
• Minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods;
• All deposits will be credited to your account within 5 minutes or less after payment confirmation is received;
• Ong24 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose separate charges;
• Deposited funds must be entirely your own. Use of third-party cards or accounts is prohibited and may result in funds being frozen.

05 Fund Withdrawal

Ong24 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and transparently. The following are the withdrawal terms you need to be aware of:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction;
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours depending on the chosen method and security review time;
• Withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are usually the fastest, while e-wallets may take up to 2 hours;
• All withdrawals will be sent to registered and verified bank accounts or e-wallets only;
• Withdrawals for new players who have not completed KYC verification will be held until the verification process is finalised;
• Ong24 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain limits — this is a standard procedure to protect your account.

If there is a discrepancy between the withdrawal account name and the ong24 account name, the withdrawal request will be held until additional verification is completed.

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

The bonuses and promotions offered by ong24 are part of our commitment to delivering the best value to our loyal players. However, all bonus offers are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has different rollover requirements. Rollover conditions will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion;
• Players are eligible to claim each promotion once only unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without first fulfilling the rollover requirements;
• Ong24 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through illegitimate means, including the use of multiple accounts;
• Welcome bonuses are only available for the first deposit of a new account and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise;
• The bonus validity period is 7 days from the credit date unless stated otherwise — expired bonuses will be automatically removed.

07 Game Rules

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified independent RNG (Random Number Generator) system and cannot be manipulated by any party;

• All game results recorded by the ong24 server are final. Technical issues on the player's device do not affect results that have already been recorded;
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, ong24 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the original bet to the player;
• Minimum and maximum bets are as set within each game and may vary based on the player's VIP status.

08 Prohibitions & Restricted Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ong24 platform and will result in immediate account termination:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to play or interact with the platform without human intervention;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses;
• Money laundering through repeated deposits and withdrawals without legitimate gaming activity;
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual or group to exploit promotions;
• Use of false information or another person's identity during registration or KYC verification;
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the security systems or technical infrastructure of ong24.

Ong24 uses an advanced monitoring system that operates 24 hours a day to detect suspicious activity. All violations will be thoroughly investigated and reported to the relevant authorities if necessary.

09 Account Termination & Suspension

Ong24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions;
• Reporting of fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Account closure requests due to responsible gaming reasons;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Players also have the right to request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the ong24 customer support team. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal after standard security checks are completed.

10 ong24 Liability Limits

Ong24 strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times. However, the following are beyond the control of ong24 and we cannot be held liable:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance;
• Internet connection issues on the player's end;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform;
• Actions or omissions of third parties, including payment providers and game providers;
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, large-scale technical disruptions, or other extraordinary occurrences.

Ong24's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total funds deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Ong24 takes player privacy very seriously and complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). The use of your personal data by ong24 is as described in Privacy Policy our separate.

In short, ong24 only collects data necessary for account operation, legal compliance, and service improvement. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

12 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

Ong24 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to notify players of significant changes through:

• Email to the address registered on the account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the ong24 platform. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action is taken.

If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
